President of the Executive Board
Predrag Mihajlović was appointed at the position of President of the Executive Board/CEO of Vojvođanska banka in December 2017. He is competent for coordination and supervision of the following Divisions: Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Treasury, Brokerage and Advisory, Corporate Banking, the Executive Board Office.
In his rich professional carrier Mr. Mihajlović was President of the Executive Board of OTP banka Srbija a.d. Novi Sad from January 2017 until Vojvođanska banka joined OTP Group. During 2016 he worked as Head of Corporate within VTB Bank a.d. Between 2014 and 2016 he held the position of Director for Consulting Business in Baker Tilly for Western Balkans, in charge for development of Internal Financial Control Systems, Risk Management Processes and Bank Restructuring Processes. In the period between 2010 and 2013 Mr. Mihajlović was employed in Credy Bank at the position of President of the Executive Board and from 2003 until the end of 2008 he was engaged in Komercijalna banka a.d. Beograd, first as a Special Advisor to the President, and later on as Deputy Chairman of Executive Board and CEO, with responsibility for four divisions: Corporate, Retail, Marketing & New Products Development, Investment Banking.
In the period from 1995 to 2003 Mr. Mihajlović worked in Vojvođanska banka a.d. Novi Sad at the following positions: Officer in charge for business arrangements, Leader of the Group in charge for implementing the EUR currency, Financial Institutions Relations Department Head. Mr. Mihajlović started his banking career at AY Bank Ltd. London as F/X Dealer.
Mr. Mihajlović was Governor of AmCham Serbia in two mandates and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NALED in two mandates as well. He graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, University of Novi Sad and completed his postgraduate studies at Grenoble École de Management, France with title Doctor of Business Administration.
In October 2018 he was elected president of the Board of Directors of the Serbian Association of Banks for a four-year mandate. He is also the Vice President of the Responsible Business Forum.
